Great Falls Tavern and Museum

Great Falls Tavern and Museum is 3 mi. s. on Falls Rd., then w. on MacArthur Blvd., following signs to 11710 MacArthur Blvd. Built 1828-31 as a stop on the canal route, the museum houses exhibits about the history of the canal. A film about the canal is shown continuously. A variety of programs about cultural and natural history also are offered.
