If you want to immerse yourself in history, choose a room or suite at one of the taverns or homes scattered throughout the Colonial district. The décor is authentically Colonial. You'll feel you've stepped back in time, except in the modern bathrooms, which are a bit dated themselves but just to the 1970s. Some rooms offer wood-burning fireplaces or canopy beds. Accommodations do not meet AAA lock requirements. Did not meet all AAA requirements for viewports/peepholes in some guest rooms at time of last evaluation on 05/23/2017. Facilities, services, and décor characterize a mid-scale property.
