Pros: The living room/ great room is charming, but in need of a facelift. We love seeing the dogs.
Cons: The double mattress in room 16 was terrible. It sagged and should have been retired awhile ago. The pillows were hard. And even though I turned the thermostat down to 60 at night the temp stayed at 68. We were on the bottom floor so it was not due to heat coming from above. Two years ago when we were hear the breakfast was delivered to the table; this year it was a buffet. The oatmeal was good, the bacon slightly over cooked and the other items looked good but not great. We checked in at about 1:30-2pm on a Tuesday and clerk couldn't really give us a good recommendation for a place to get lunch. I would expect anyone working in this business to know the surrounding restaurants and have perspective on them.

Pros: I found it quit and relaxing, and was close to Killington, where we were doing a Spartan Race.
Cons: The top bed sheet was ripped and looked old, and there were potato chips on the floor at the corner of the bed that had not been cleaned up from the last guest, and the tub in our room wasn't draining when we took our showers.

Pros: Great location. Great property and I love the St Bernards and the Staff.
Cons: This may have just been my room but the mattresses were not the greatest.
