Pros: Walking distance to town. Friendly staff. Pretty lobby. Nice porch.
Cons: The main building is much noisier than annex, creaky. Could use a small ramp near elevator for wheeled luggage. Staff never mentioned possibility of college discount even though this was our second stay.

Pros: We were in the annex. It is not a 3 star room. It was very outdated. The hotel was under construction. The parking lot had workers hanging out and drinking in it. It was loud and full of trailers in the lot. The restaurant was closed. Total ripoff!

Pros: Middlebury Inn is quaint and clean. It sports lovely wallpapers, carpets and funiture. The rooms are well appointed and individually airconditioned for comfort. It is located around the beautiful town square so walking around Middlebury is a must.
Cons: It was a great stay. This is our third visit from Ontario to the Middlebury Inn and Middlebury. That says it all!
