Pros: Location is good.
Cons: Rooms were like a motel. Certainly not a 3 star location. Probably 1.5 at best. It is also under construction within the lobby. Room desperately need to be worked on.

Pros: We were in the annex. It is not a 3 star room. It was very outdated. The hotel was under construction. The parking lot had workers hanging out and drinking in it. It was loud and full of trailers in the lot. The restaurant was closed. Total ripoff!

Pros: The hotel's old world charm is unique. Tea on the porch was our favorite part.

Pros: Friendly and welcoming staff. Afternoon tea while sitting on the veranda. The proximity of the hotel to downtown Middlebury and the college.
Cons: The bathroom was rather stark. The room in general was a bit dated. Parking was at a premium. Common areas at the inn were often taken up by events (Rotary meeting, wedding) that made negotiating them a bit awkward.
