Located within a restored mill, this restaurant features good views, a seasonal menu of fresh American cuisine and Simon Pearce glassware and pottery table settings. Reservations are required but there may be a wait; and, you'll excuse the wait once you've tasted the amazing food. While on-site visit the retail store where hand-blown glass and pottery demonstrations are given on the lower level.
