Pros: Loved the room set-up with separate love-seat seating area. Nice amount of room to walk around.

Cons: Late checkin after long travel day. The room we were given still had dirty linens on the floor from previous occupants. Given only room left which was under repair in the closet with sheet rock dust and coat hangers scattered on the floor. Morning coffee had leaky cups so coffee dripped all over our clothes. Not our best travel experience!

Pros: Great place to stay. Staff were very nice and professional. One of our best stays on our trip.
Cons: Reservation was made on-line and confirmation received with no problem. Upon arrival, there was no record of reservation even with confirmation number. Hotel was apparently almost full but the manager, who was superb, took over with a big smile and arranged a room for us. They even called after we were in our room to be sure all was well. Booking.com totally failed and what could have been a disaster was taken care of with excellent service.

Pros: Beautiful Inn. Outside is beautiful. Room, king size was gorgeous. The heated pool IS heated to a very comfortable temperature. Also the hot tub is large and perfect temperature. Has a sauna but did not use that. Off the pool area is a lawn/seating area.
Cons: Breakfast is very basic but enough to tied you over till lunch.

Pros: The beds were really comfy, and the services we got from staff and local businesses were really good. My family and I really liked the small arcade. The fountain out in front of the hotel is pretty at night too.
Cons: There was some confusion on where our rooms were through signs. That and the room keys are really sensitive to demagnetizing around phones and other devices. Other than that, the hotel is great. :)

Pros: Staff was very helpful. very clean. Nice pool area and gym. Waffles were great. Nice selection of food at breakfast. Convenient location.
Cons: Breakfast was understaffed so one person had to refill everything. Things kept running out (coffee, forks,creamer, etc.) but that one worker worked hard and stayed cheerful. The eggs were powdered.

To get where I'm going,...
Pros: The first day we stayed there, the breakfast was nice. Carol is a kind, beautiful employee who takes care of everything and makes sure the place is clean and coffee is ready, as well as making sure the omelet /egg area is well stocked. Carol should get a raise, because she really is good at her job. What a nice person!
The people working the front desk were very kind.
Cons: The second day we stayed it was obvious that Carol was not working. There were no eggs/omelets and the waffle area was such a disgusting mess. We left and went out to breakfast. The first day our sink in the bathroom was a very slow drain. The second time we stayed there, it did not look like anyone cleaned the tub, and there was a stain on the bedding. The bed was also VERY uncomfortable. It was as if someone slept in the middle of the bed for years, because if you tried to sleep near the edge of the bed you rolled toward the middle.

A wonderful and relaxing get...
Pros: The beds were wonderful. Everyone was very nice. We enjoyed the workout room and sauna.
Cons: The pool was occupied by 30+childred whose parents were occupied with each other. They were running at 40 miles an hour and jumping and diving onto each other and screaming. I mentioned the no jumping rule to some of the parents and they just smiled.
