Situated in a West Indies-style cottage, the tight quarters buzz with excitement as knowledgeable servers explain the seasonally changing menu. The talented chef fuses the best flavors of Asian and French cuisine with a Caribbean flair. Some popular choices include braised short ribs, the Prince Edward Island mussels in a ginger-lime-coconut broth, swordfish, black truffle steak and roasted duck. Bar opens at 5 pm an hour earlier than dinner at 6 pm.
