Friendship Firehouse Museum is at 107 S. Alfred St. between King and Prince sts. Established in 1774, this firehouse served as Alexandria's first volunteer fire company. The current structure dates to 1855. Hand-drawn fire engines and historic firefighting apparatus are displayed, as are Victorian furnishings and ceremonial objects. Time: Allow 30 minutes minimum.
