The room was smelly and dirty . The tub was chipped and the fridge had a big gouge on it. There was hair on the sheets . Do not stay here we walked out and got another hotel. Still trying to get all my money back
Pros: The location near a metro stop was the only good thing

Pros: The accommodation is within walking distance if the metro system which took you to the centre of Washington. (20 mins walk)
Cons: Complementary breakfast was poor. Buy your own and prepare it in your room. Our booking got lost and staff did take a while to resolve.

Pros: I liked NOTHING about the property.
Cons: Upon checking we were given a room in the first floor across from the staff laundry and were bags of garbage were all stored. Smelled horrible. The room was dingy dirty and very smelly. I spoke to the front desk and she switched us to the second floor. As soon as you walk out of the elevator there's an old dirty mattress waiting for you. Then I walked down a dark hallway that smelled like moldy carpet. I went out and came back around 11 pm where there were 3 individuals smoking marijuana in the front door. I informed the front desk and she said "oh these people" the entire lobby smelled like marijuana. During the night there was so much ruckus even the police were called. Couldn't sleep with the noise and the plank of a bed. The next morning we went down complained and nothing was done again. The "breakfast" that they offer was empty each morning. Upon my check out I asked if they have heard from bookings about my complaint they said no and didn't even care to ask what happened.
