Pros: I thought the location was decent, although we weren't really sure where to go to find some nightlife. Information seemed minimal.
Cons: Our entire floor smelled like marijuana, there was trash and food in the hallway every day, the valet parking was expensive and we frequently had to block traffic because there wasn't adequate space for people to drop cars and pick them up. My parents paid less for their room than we did but their room had windows and was much bigger - as was their bathroom. Our room was the highest floor, at the end of three hallways, in a loft type room with a small room and a small bathroom. The TV would not turn off so we had to unplug it and the tub wouldnt drain so we had to prop it open with something. Oh, and good luck understanding anything the valet people say. I think its more that they dont speak english than it is that theres an accent thats hard to understand. Housekeeping didn't come until whenever either... one day it was later than 4:30! But we never knew what to expect. Overall, we were really disappointed and wished we stayed at the Kimpton instead.

Pros: Comfortable bed. Pretty room and comfortable chairs
Cons: A sweet roll for breakfast would have been nice. We don't like eating a big meal or going into the restaurant early but do enjoy coffee or tea and a sweet roll or donut perhaps.

Pros: Nothing at all.
Cons: It's so expensive. Bad room service. Old aircondition. No free Wifi (Wording is "Free Wifi"). Parking fee charged with no inform. Bad stuff of room service and valet parking. This place was the worst place where I had experience in USA.
