Terrible staff and management who deliberately delete reservations in order resell the rooms at a higher price.
Pros: Lobby had recently been renovated.
Cons: Hotel "lost" our reservation. We made the reservation over five months in advance. When we arrived, they couldn't find our reservation in the system and were very unhelpful in solving the problem. Ultimately, it was the hotel's fault, since the reservation was confirmed by AAA Travel/Booking.com and sent to the hotel. The hotel's excuse was that their name/brand had changed twice in the last six months and that some reservations had not been transferred over in the system. I find this hard to believe since when I booked the hotel five months ago, it specifically said that it was a Hilton Garden Inn. I specifically chose this hotel based on its name brand and compelling price. After almost two hours of speaking with customer service and the hotel staff, ultimately I never received a room from this hotel and was extremely frustrated when this was at no fault of my own. Strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. The staff mentioned that they have problems like this "all the time" which is very troubling.

Pros: Close to airport.
Cons: Expensive, inconvenient parking. Poorly maintained rooms. Lack of quality control. 4-foot light fixture cover in bathroom fell off the wall in the middle of the night with a huge crash.

Pros: We did not like anything other then the location. Hotel was under construction. You had to walk through two floors of construction with your bags to get to the elevator from your car. Staff was rude. Rooms were incomplete from constructioN.

Pros: Fast elevator
Cons: Where does one start? They failed to mention that construction was going on in most floors. No need for outside security keys, they didn't work but you could open the door anyway. garbage in the halls. Good thing I didn't book the entire week there.

Pros: Location
Cons: The renovated room smell is very strong. It makes me and my 2 month old baby sick. Asked the front desk for a room change but said it is not possible. Will not book to any Radisson hotel again. Will stick to Marriot.
