Pros: Leaving!
Cons: We arrived at 8pm with a tired 2 year old, a husband with broken ribsand loads of bags. Was there any help - no! I had to abandon them on thekerb with all the bags and drive to the garage - with no lift and findmy way back through the maze to reception. Despite asking for assistanceand being told some would come, after 10 minutes my husband had had tofind his own cart load everything and push that and a pushchair, with noassistance forthcoming. It got worse. No cot in the room for the 2 yearold, called for it, called again and again and again, asked for themanager, no response. At 10.25pm a full roll out bed arrived! (Seepicture) there wasn't even floor space for it - are you kidding me.I need the cot I booked. Its 10.30pm and we arrived at 8 ffs! Finally itarrived! If a cot is booked put it in the room when you make the room up- end of - its not that hard! No Wi-Fi in the room either unless you pay- is it the 1990's still?? Sorry I though this was a Marriot? Oh andfinally the road works going on outside at 3am 4am - digging up the road- yes with a very large very noisy machine - super! Dorman watched mystruggle with a pushcahair and bags in the morning as we left withoutmoving a muscle. Wow wow wow. Easily the worst hotel of our stay, thanksfor ruining the last night of our trip. P.S. Marriot have you heard of online reviews and the internet....
