Pros: We liked everything! The room was clean and comfortable. Lots of restaurants in the area. Food Lion market is walking distance for any small quick purchase. The Hotel location very convenient. Price well worth the stay.
Cons: Your housekeeping staff does a fabulous job to keep the room clean. They need to be happy about it. One small criticism: The staff feel intimidated to speak to the guests. Sometimes a "Good Morning" was shy and not believable (maybe even miserable). Teach them to take the initiative with a bright smiling "Good Morning". Your housekeeping is usually the first people in contact for the day. Again they do a GREAT JOB. They need to know the secret of the front desk staff.
