Pros: There is a Shoney's next door...it was hyper-clean w/very pleasant staff...so that's where we ate breakfast.

Pros: The room was finever. That was not my complaint.

Cons: The pool heaters were broken & the water was too cold (freezing)to get in. The whole purpose in staying here was for the pool. I called & asked what time the pool closed & staff told me but DID NOT tell me pool was broken. When we arrived I was not made aware of the pool not having heat until we checked in and I told the staff member that we took this night away from home solely so my 5 yr old could play in the pool. She then told me it was broken. I called next door (Holiday Inn) to see if they had vacancy & they were full. The staff member then told me that they could not give me a refund since I already checked in. I am very very disappointed in my stay there because of the pool. If I had known this, I would have not stayed there.I had booked online.

Pros: Great breakfast!

Cons: When I arrived at the hotel, all near by restaurants and stores were closed. It would have been great if the hotel had a convience shop kiosk, like some hotels have.

Pros:

Cons: my reservation wasn't in the system when we checked in. I'm just glad they had some rooms available for us. it took a long time to check in because of this. i went back to the desk about 7, the clerk was asleep. i made noise and did other things trying to be nice and just wake him up. he never woke up. the never asked if i wanted a wake up call. next am, checked out before breakfast was ready. grab some fruit from the basket, 2 of the 3 were rotten. Should have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express like i was do when I visit that area.

Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Very clean.

Cons: Room was smaller than other Hampton Inns we've stayed at, especially considering that we needed sleeping space for 5 people, as we indicated on the reservation. We had our own air bed but the only space for it blocked the bathroom door. On the same trip we stayed in a lower quality Super 8 that had much more space in the room - almost a suite - for a lower price.

Pros:

Cons: The breakfast was nonedible. Usually from our experience Hampton Inn's have a great breakfast but this place it was very bad and we chose to eat outside the hotel. The WIFI was so bad we could only access the internet one at a time within the room - not good when we were both trying to get work done.
