Excellent. The room was spacious the beds were excellent. I am thinking of buying that mattress. Location is great near 95 and not far from the Town. I would definitely go back and spend more time in Fredericksburg.
Pros: The Beds. It looked like it had recently been updated. The Breakfast was served in a very cheery room.

This is a relatively small hotel with easy access from the highway. It is set back from the road behind a Shoney's restaurant. Beds were very comfortable and the entire facility appeared clean and well maintained. There was plenty of hot water for showers in the morning. The breakfast area was located in a separate building with the office. Seating was adequate when we first arrived for breakfast but soon after a rush of sorts began and finding a seat became problematic. The breakfast had numerous choices and all food was well maintained by the staff. Overall, this was a pleasant stay at a clean comfortable hotel with competent, courteous and friendly staff.
Pros: Clean comfortable room and plenty of hot water. Selection of hot breakfast items and fruit.
Cons: none

Pros: I like its location. The breakfast was excellent.
Cons: I feel it should be a 2 star instead of a 3 stars.

Pros: Easy parking near room.
Cons: This place is noisy. It is an old style motel with exterior doors to parking lot. Other guests checking in well after midnight and departing at 5 AM rolled their suitcases along a BRICK PAVER sidewalk outside my door. I doubt if I got two hours sleep.

Pros: Nothing. It is old and outdated.
Cons: The room was very small and poorly furnished. The booking described 2 king beds -- there were 2 double beds. The air system blew like a wind tunnel across the room. The light in the bathroom whined.
