The chef-owner has a farm-to-table philosophy and works closely with local producers to obtain the freshest seasonal vegetables, local seafood and mostly organic produce. The Tuscan-inspired menu lists specialties of daily made pastas, seafood stew, tomato basil bisque, wild boar ragu, and classics such as veal parmesan and Bolognese sauce.
