Pros: The breakfast was great a lot of selection including made to order omelette. We went to Cyprus grille restaurant and it was fantastic. One of the best shrimp and grits we have ever tasted. Recipe by chef Fowlkes. That night I am told it was Chef Roland there. It was suppose to be an appetizer but it was large enough for a meal. We also had the ribeye and scallops. The ribeye was perfectly cooked to medium. The scallops were good also not overcooked. This restaurant is a surprise. we don't usually get a good ones in hotels.
Cons: none

Pros: The food was delicious especially what was served at the Cyprus Grille. The staff of the Cyprus Grille was also professional and greeted, treated us with kindness. We totally enjoyed the she-crab soup and the drinks were also great. The children's menu was on point and reasonable in price. Ms. Jackie of the buffet breakfasts was the only staff that would smile and greet us in the morning. Ms Savannah, the front desk manager did greet us with a bright smile, our last day during check out but did not react in a manner in which I would have expected when I showed her the pictures of our bed. She did apologize but it seemed too little for what we paid to stay.
Cons: The rooms could have been cleaner especially the pull out bed in the living room. Mattress was stained all the way through with what looked like dried blood or diarrhea. The stain was about 12 inches in diameter and 10 inches in length. I took pictures of the mattress while reporting the horror. The housekeeper had to be instructed by me to use a disinfectant/sanitizer to wipe bed before replacing dirty, filthy mattress with a clean one. She had to leave to go and get the spray before returning to wipe only the tethers to support the mattress and nothing else. I only felt slightly comfortable due to my usage of my personal supply of Clorox wipes I travel with. I wiped the whole bed over several times after the housekeeper left the room. Only reason I did not ask to be transferred to another room was due to the fact we had already bathed and put to sleep our three grand children. I did pray to GOD to protect us from any infections or diseases. We paid too much to have to worry about such. Management upon our checking out seemed not to have been informed of the situation and I did promise to report the uncleanliness of the room to upper management on-line and to Trip Advisor. I also left a note to room service because they never left enough towels for the five of us except for the first night. We did leave a tip though it was not as generous as we would have liked it to have been. We also left a note explaining why.
