Pros: Rooms looked newly updated. The bed was firm and I had a great night's sleep partly because of the awesome bed and because we were not near the elevator or high traffic areas. We also got a great deal online.

Pros: We booked the room on a whim and were happy they had availability. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room itself was nice.
Cons: For the rate you pay it would be nice if breakfast was included and not an additional cost. While we didn't swim in the pool (since we only stayed in the hotel for one night) it looked disgusting. There was a layer of something on the top and it looked like jello.

Pros: The location was great near all the food, shopping centers and movie theater. Not to far from water park which was reason for this trip. Staff was friendly.
Cons: A microwave in the room would have been great, specially with our small children warming food. Had to go to lobby just to warm meals. Also ordered food from bistro. Was not aware when you order room service you have to go pick it up. Food was cold no one called us to let us know,claim the bistro has no caller id could not tell which room we were calling from.
