Pros: Beautiful old traditional hotel in a beautiful setting. Hotel is in top shape. Plenty to do at the hotel and in the surrounding area. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: We had trouble figuring out the temperature setting. We should have asked someone for help-- but we didn't. Also, we were there on a Thursday which is a down time-- so, some of the staff was not there.

Pros: One of America's greatest treasures.
Cons: Of the multiple restaurants, the Jefferson was the only one open. Also, the Lobby Bar, the Casino restaurant and bar, and other parts of the hotel were not open. the waitress in the Jefferson needs customer service training.
