Pros: I'd like to finde room service 24 hours and frigerator beverage in room
Pros: The spa was excellent! The pools are very nice! Everyone there was very helpful and accommodating. The location was conveniently close to shops, a nice mall, numerous restaurants and outlets.
Cons: The restaurants there are nice but we felt that they are very overpriced for what you get. The food was good, just quite expensive.
Pros: The bed.
Cons: The staff was not very nice And was confused about the booking rate and wanted to charge more, it was a very unconfortable situation.

Pros: Overall a nice hotel. Comfortable room with good furnishings and bedding.
Cons: $32 resort fee. I knew going in but the least they could do is explain what you are getting for $32. Staff was friendly but could have explained hotel amenities.
Pros: Hotel had nice pools.
Cons: The service in all areas of the hotel was horrible. The staff that worked in the restaurants seemed to have no direction and seemed unsure. It was hard to communicate with the housekeeping staff because english seemed to be a foreign language. We stayed at a Destinations Hotel in Vermont on several occasions and had memorable times there, that was the main reason for booking the Lansdowne Resort. This was memorable for totally different reasons and we will never use a Destinations Hotel in the future

Cons: Very slow elevators - opening and closing doors. Very annoying!
Also, a bunch of Rowdy guest broke glasses in hallway and extremely loud noise in hallway at 1am in morning.
Pros: Slept well on mattress. What kind was it? Good facilities including golf courses. Room service. Piedmont's Table
Cons: Upon arrival in the rain cars were three deep and there were no bell boys out front. Found a cart and unloaded the car then group of bell boys appeared.
Dinner at Stonewalls would have been ok except for a large table of very loud people each trying to scream and curse louder than the other. We cut dinner short as they were still going strong when we left.
Pros: The room was inovated and it was elegance i like it
Cons: The food was so so

Pros: Swimming pool. Staff extremely courteous
Pros: Service and food were amazing
Cons: Work on roof above our room however started at a reasonable time
Pros: great golf course, good gym and spa, comfortable room. good restaurant
Cons: all restaurants not always open due to conferences and tranquillity can be broken as used by large golf/hen/stag parties
Pros: setting, facilities and overall comfort. When quiet relaxing place to work or to exercise
Cons: Its busy with conferences, hen dos and golf trips - means often restaurants aren't all open and can be loud late at night
Pros: Pretty grounds, nice rooms, good options for meals. Unfortunately we were really only there for an overnight so we didn't use any of the facilities but if in the area again, we would stay again
Cons: BOOKING.com, gave me the option of smoking, and when I got there theentire property was smoke free
Cons: The bathroom was not clean. Hairs everywhere. Had to load my own bags and take them to my room. Had issues with key card too.
Pros: The spa is amazing. I received a Facial and my Boyfriend a full body massage. The room was clean, etc everything you would want from a spa resort. I wish they had more food options for casual dining. So my issue when I was checking out there was a 56.00 charge for their buffet that was not mine. With many hotels/resort you can charge items to your room, very easy for someone to use your room number or for someone to mistake one number for another. Jusy watch your bill and all the pending transactions.
Pros: The restaurants, bars and location.
Pros: Staff was friendly, always opening door & greeting guests! Located close to many nice restaurants & shops!
Cons: I travel often & for $350/ night I was disappointed. Had an upgraded room and there wasn't a refrigerator in the room. Each night a band was playing and you could hear the bass outside our window pounding into the late night. The toilet flushes really loud. The hair dryer in the room was very cheap and not powerful. The hot tub was also not as nice as most resorts! :-(
Pros: Grounds are very nice
Cons: Outdoor pool was closed in September
Beds were Sub-Par regarding quality and comfort
Cater only to Conference/Golf
Not a good family or couples destination
Not a good value overall
Pros: Our room mixup was more than made up for.
Top notch service throughout.
Cons: When we arrived right after our wedding ceremony, we were told our reserved room wasn't available, and instead got put in a renovated, and not ready, room.
Wi-fi had a weak signal.
