Cons: No t.v. For one of the two nights due to ice on satellite, paid for nights and no discount offered.

Pros: As with all Courtyards: Clean room, comfortable beds
Cons: Nothing spectacular: just a typical room. Negative: When asking staff about complimentary coffee, I received a rather brusque reply: "We don't do complimentary coffee, because we serve_______________ (brand of coffee)". Well excuse me!

Pros: Guest services! Front desk agent did an exceptional job. Very courteous staff.
Cons: TV service was the only drawback. The channel line up was horrible. Hardly anything to watch other than sports or news shows. My "relaxed" weekend was spent watching YouTube on my cellphone. How I wish I had remembered my laptop! Add HGTV,TVLand,QVC...

Pros: The staff were very nice, but still unable to accommodate what I had reserved online (a room with two queen beds) Instead, I got a room with one king and pull out sofa bed.
Cons: There was no pool or hottub, which is why I picked the hotel in the first place. (The hotel has been remodeled, and the pool and hot tub no longer exist.) I was very upset at the deception, as I would have picked a less expensive hotel had I known.
