Pros: Everything was superb, particularly the front desk staff's attention to the needs of the guests. We had to extend our stay twice, and the Staybridge staff was able to accommodate our changes without forcing us to change rooms. This was truly helpful and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The free happy hour food, free wifi, and free laundry were amazing added bonuses not seen with any of the competing accommodations.
Cons: Don't change a thing. Maybe add a pull-up bar to the weight room/gym.

Pros: Fire pit outdoors, free shuttle and BEER at the social hours. Great beds, close to food and drinks. Clean, beautiful rooms.
Cons: Double booked, charged twice on check-in and check-out. Manager criticized me for canceling my first booking at $300 when I found it at $189 a night for same stay. Said he doesn't "like" Booking.com. Well, then don't offer it. Pre-authorized both rooms, still not released as of today (original check in was Thursday, so that's more than 3 days for the one reservation.) Neighbor's dog left in room twice for more than 2 hours and they couldn't do anything. Girl on check out powerless to fix my check out problem, which resulted in card held for fraud as they just kept trying to debit it (while still holding pre-auths...)
