Pros: Friendly staff. Great location! Close to everything I needed. Great restaurant selection in immediate area.
Cons: Not having a pool was very disappointing, especially because it was very hot in VA during our visit.!!! Almost all hotels have pools and I can't believe this hotel didn't. I wouldn't stay again for that reason only.

Pros: The rest of the hotel was clean and newly renovated in a tasteful manner. Breakfast was very good. Breakfast staff and cleaning service staff were friendly. Fitness room was in good shape.
Cons: Our room smelled horrible. Like wet mold. We attempted to resolve the issue with staff and was told that because we reserved through booking.com they could not do anything for us. (Could not provide us with discount, reimbursement, NOR leave a note on our account for management.) When we tried to resolve through booking.com they contacted the hotel to request reimbursement on our behalf and we were told that management was not in the office and that nothing could be done until management returned the following day. We have spoken twice with agents at booking.com and despite a pledge to follow-up and to return our call we have yet to hear back from booking.com or the hotel. We are still trying to resolve this issue.
