In the newly trendy Chelsea, this bakery serves up amazing European-style pastries and breads during the day and pizzas at night, all from the wood-fired ovens. The setting is simple, with just a few tables, and the menu small, but the food is amazing. The char on the pizza crusts is perfect and the croissants and cookies are rich with European butter.
