Pros: Very comfortable room, lobby area and breakfast room. Nice refreshments offered in the lobby area. Breakfast choices were good.
Pros: The free breakfast was fantastic for a chain hotel. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the Windows actually open for some fresh air.
Cons: We couldn't get the black out curtain to close all the way so the sun coming through was pretty annoying.
Pros: Clean - Quiet - Friendly ! Our room had a balcony which provided a great view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We enjoyed a leisurely breakfast on the balcony prior to continuing our journey.
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful, and over all place is clean and maintained.
Cons: Had to hit the road early, complimentary breakfast was suppose to be ready at 6:30, but they were only beginning to set up at 6:45...had to leave with out eating. The guest laundry area only had 1 washer and dryer, the pool was shut down, and the bathroom by the pool and laundry area was dirty.
Pros: Mattress really comfortable and room very clean.
Cons: Poor lighting in room. Breakfast area not maintained very well regarding cleaning tables and replenishing food.
Pros: Staff was helpful and friendly.Breakfast was fully stocked.
Cons: Needs better computer and printer in lobby.
Cons: there was an issue the cable television channels, did not have time to really watch so I did not complain to the staff, but it should be corrected for the next traveler. Otherwise the facility was clean and neat.
Pros: Access to interstate!
Cons: Major TV channels were missing. Lack of restaurants options.
Traveling as Couple
Pros: Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast was disappointing. There isn't any place good to eat nearby. The Burger King was the worst ever!!

Pros: We were broken down in our rv....the staff went above and beyond to help us. Exceptional all around.
Pros: View of the mountains. Able to watch the sun rise while eating breakfast. Conveniently off I81, near George Washington National Forest where we were hiking for 2 days.
Pros: Comfortable beds,lots of room
Cons: Could have been a little cleaner, over all it wasn't bad
Pros: The bed was very comfy as were the pillows
Cons: The wifi was slow and made looking for local restaurants very difficult.Breakfast was poor and we ended up going elsewhere, even though we wouldhave preferred to eat at the hotel.
Pros: Location right off highway was a excellent plus
Cons: The Direct Tv was horrible poor reception lines and jumpy screen made it unenjoyable
Pros: Very nice very clean staff was nice and helpful
Bed was comfortable
Pros: The staff was friendly and the place was clean.
Cons: Request a room away from the highway. It was very noisy and we were not able to sleep. We had two room as we were traveling with my parents who are 87. We had requested a handicap room with a walk in shower. We were told it was available and not a problem. When we arrived the room was not in "working order" so they had to settle for another room. They should have called as they are not able to step over tub to get into shower safely.
Pros: Bed was fine.
Cons: TV reception was less than poor. NBC was not available. Shower water in the morning was lukewarm. Room smelled like cleaning fluid. Nowhere to eat. Single available truck stop restaurant was terrible. Food was cold and inedible.
family with young children
Pros: The best part of this hotel was the bed, very confortable. It was fairly clean, although the staff needs to be trained to clean behind and underneath furnishings.
Cons: We were told at check-in that it was only a 20minute drive to Lynchburg, VA; we were attending Liberty University's graduation ceremonies. It's an hour plus drive up and down the mountain side! Very scenic, but highly curvy roads.

Pros: The hotel is a wonderful tucked away and cozy place to either be romantic or take great adventures that you will always remember. Very clean and hospitable. Loved it.
Cons: Wish we did not have to leave.
Pros: Location - Midway on our trip
Cons: No restrauants nearby

Pros: The time spent with family. The location and the facility was ok.
Cons: The truck drivers starting truck at 3am and the septic smell was horrible.
Cons: Everything was satisfactory
Pros: The breakfast was quite good. We were close to tourist attractions.
Cons: My room had problems with the shower and the commode over flowed and wouldn't flush properly. This was in the middle of the night.
family with older children
Pros: Beds were very comfortable and room was very clean.
Cons: Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to arrive at reception.
Guests were very loud returning late at night and as rooms aren't sound proof they woke us up continuously.
Breakfast had no real health options so we went elsewhere for breakfast. Fruit salad would be nice.
Staff few and not very welcoming or friendly - made us feel like they were doing us a huge favour.
