Pros: Nice hotel. Very comfortable and helpful polite staff.
Cons: Our bathtub drained very poorly. It was gross. It also made you have to clean the shower repeatedly and took a long time to drain.

Pros: Bed comfy.
Cons: Rooms a little outdated. Need better lighting in the bathroom. I think increasing the price for the rooms just because you know people need to stay there for an event is a really crappy way to treat customers. You advertise one price than charge they significantly higher. NOT GOOD !!

Pros: The staff was friendly. The lobby was updated and clean.
Cons: The room was dirty. When I opened the soap, it was wet (Maid put used back in box?), There was an open pack of crackers on the floor. There were several packs of decaf coffee in the room, but no regular. One of the two elevators was out. NOT what I expect from a Hilton brand hotel.

Pros: I would not recommend booking with BOOKING.COM We used BOOKING.com , they advertised a very different room than the one we got. It was very outdated. Was not worth the money AT ALL!When we complained to the staff they said, we had to contact, booking. com. I wrote them a letter and they never even responded. Don't use them!
