Pros: Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and nicely furnished.
Cons: We booked two king rooms, and in each room the backs of the sofas were really dusty, as were the corners of the rooms and even some of the tables. We also found holes and stains on the bed linens! Hallway carpet needed vacuuming. Housekeeping, where r u?
Pros: staff at front desk was awesome
Cons: very disappointed that there was NO Jacuzzi!!!! also there was a very bad smell in the hallway on the sixth floor.
Pros: Staff friendly and helpful. Close to downtown.
Cons: Our room (121) seemed new however there were many issues (that should've been remedied before our stay). Underside of couch cushions filthy, wallpaper peeling, carpet lose and dirty, desk leg broken and door stop broken. Paid too much for these issues.
Pros: Location only. Everything else was a disappointment
Cons: I was disappointed. We were only able to get a couple of TV stations and were told it would not be fixed while we were there. We were not offered another room either. When we checked out, we were told we would not be charged. However, we were.
