Pros:
Cons: Very old and dated hotel. They need to clean this place from top to bottom and bringe it into this century.

Pros: By far, the staff. They were welcoming and helpful, especially the shuttle driver! Also, the toiletries provided were nicely scented and of good quality. The bed was clean and comfortable and soft and firm pillow selection was good.
Cons: Fridge setup inconvenient. Separate mini bar and guest use sections would be better. Coffee pot location useless. Drawer won't pull out far enough to get it out easily, and then must hunt for somewhere to plug it in. Mildew in shower/dirty glasses.

Pros: Great location for exploring Richmond, Petersburg, Short Pump, Glen Allen, and other nearby smaller cities.
Cons: No free internet, which seems "cheap" for a luxury hotel.

Pros: Friendly staff Nice on the outside
Cons: The rooms need serious spring cleaning. Dust piled up at every corner of the carpet. Bathroom had loads of hair from previous customers -- sure this was true for the carpet (was dark colored). The vents were dusty/dirty
