Pros: The room was nice.
Cons: Upon checking in, the front desk attendant assured me that there would be no hold on my card for incidentals. She specifically told me that my card would only be charged if that was something charged to the room. The hold still hasn't released my funds.
Cons: They put me in room next to a noisy elevator without telling me.
The staff was fantastic!!
Pros: The staff was always pleasant. Always smiling and ready too help. I had an early event in the morning and I got back 10 minutes after the breakfast meal was over and the staff went out back and made a plate of food up for me. Any other place I have stayed at has said sorry the breakfast meal has ending. Can't thank the staff enough because I was running to another event and didn't get a chance to eat until later in the evening. "It's the little things that count.
Cons: The pillows though there where many on the bed were to firm and "puffy" it felt like I was sleeping uphill.

Pros: great location near everything
Cons: Hallways so stinky had to hold my breath every time I walk through the hallway.
