Pros: The property is beautiful and well situated near a lot of night life. The staff was super friendly and helpful! The breakfast was the best we have had with this type of set up.
Cons: Parking was expensive but close

Cons: A third party flyer was there when we checked in offering shuttle to the concert we were attending. We called the number as instructed but eventually were stood up and had to get a last minute cab. The hotel shouldn't have had it as a recommendation if they weren't familiar with the company. No one seemed to know anything about it. I called and spoke to the driver who said he would only be about 10 minutes late but at 30 minutes late still had not picked us up! Luckily we were able to get a cab to the concert! We had to walk back from the venue as no cabs were available. Over 1 mile.

Pros: Lots of things - the room, guest laundry, the helpfulness of the receptionist on checking in. He followed up when he saw me to see if his advice was useful to me. It was.
