I love the nostalgic ambiance of this tiny spot and the fabulous food. Every course is a delight and the bread with dipping sauce is addictive.
AAA Inspector Notes
Enter this tiny shop and you will feel transported to the 1920s; the bar is decked in salvaged antique woods and marble, jazz plays lightly in the background, and a vest-wearing bartender expertly serves classic and modern cocktails. The chef also runs the adjacent butcher shop and his skills are evident. Although the chalkboard menu is always changing, the famed roast chicken almost always stays on, as do the gougères (French cheese puffs).
