Pros: The breakfast was great. Moreover, they always had hot beverage service available. This was complimentary which gives them an edge. USA today was complimentary as well. Although no pool there, we were given access to the pool & spa across the street. That was great after a long day. The staff made us feel most welcome and provided very good service with a smile. Katie was very helpful as was the indian male staff who checked us in. Will definitely recommend this property.

Pros: Location to the airport
Cons: One of the ground keepers, who appeared to be middle eastern, had captured a garden snake, placed it in a paper bag, and set it ablaze in the parking lot. He was smiling and enjoying the fact that he was killing the animal by setting fire to it.
Room seemed old and tired.

Cons: No hot water for the night because it was being worked on. This would not have been as big of a deal if the staff had told us at check-in. The point of a hotel is hot water and a bed and this place was missing half. If we had known I might have just lost my money and gone to somewhere I could get a warm shower.

Pros: While my stay was short, I really enjoyed myself at Beat Western as they made me feel comfortable. I almost did not qualify to register for the hotel because if my age but one of the staff was very considerate to make me an exception. As I went into the room, I was fascinated by all of these luxuries such as the comfy beds and furniture. I waltzed in my bathroom and saw a variety of toiletries at my disposal. The food was delicious as just I checked in breakfast and dinner. Overall, everything was a success and I do not mind to come back one day.
Cons: I did not get to stay much longer but that this is just a silly nitpick.

Pros: We booked online and stated we we're paying by cash our total was $77 but when we got there the staff was rude and tried to charge us $166 because our card would not go through... It was 2 am and we needed the room for a few hours and was not gonna pay this. Instead of calling and telling us our booking didn't go through we had to drive around and look for another hotel...
