There was no toilet paper in bathroom. Had to request twice and it took over an hour. Key cards stopped working on room door and outside door.

Cons: Property was extremely dirty, cigarettes buds every where on the ground, room was dirty, tried to watch news but remote didn't work, the list of channels didn't match the actual channels on the TV, after finally got hold of front desk I asked for channel number for ABC, after few minutes front desk came back with a number however it was incorrect.
I was planning to stay 2 nights, but due to all the noise (clear up to 3 AM) I decided to leave the next day, so I called the front desk and informed them accordingly .
I was at the front desk 7 AM next day trying to check but no sign of the front desk worker, I finally found a cleaning crew to help me, she found the desk worker by waking her up.
My CC still charged for 2 night although my receipt shows one night , I will get with their management on Monday.

The shower was great. The suite was clean. The desk staff were professional and extremely helpful.
Cons: Television was limited. We were not able to figure out how to use the microwave. There was a packet of coffee, but we didn't see a coffee maker.

Pros: Both bedrooms were a good size. Breakfast was OK. Only two staff were polite and the lady who handled he breakfast was very helpful.
Cons: There was no pool. A pool was listed on your site. Housekeeping didn't speak any English. We had to get towels every day since she did not leave enough. Two days we came back after 10:30 and the dirty towels were still on the bathroom floor. Most staff were rude. Parking an issue was told to park on the street where there were signs listed no parking. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Patio was a mess and not enough room to sit. Mildew on the curtains.

Cons: I had a non smoking suite. Left my room to go to work, returned to the smell of an awful cigar in my room.I was moved to the opposite end of the hall. The next morning I was awakened by smoke in my room from the person next door burning breakfast. Some on came into my room on my last night there, removed towels put dishes in dishwasher and left my room without supplies for my final night.

Pros: Fairly new facility when easy access to get around town.
Cons: The number one thing ALL hotel and motel chains should do for smokers is provide a completely separate smoking facility, just like they do at some airports. Otherwise, smokers just smoke by the exit door or outside the building. The smoke then comes in thru the exit door or thru the HVAC systems that pull air in from outside (like it did with these rooms). The result is you end up with smoke in a nonsmoking room.
