Pros:
Cons: Did not love the smell of the cleaning supplies or whatever they used outside the room and the hallway. Overall, however, a wonderful experience.

Pros: My room was not made up. I left the room at around lunchtime and returned at midnight to find the room not cleaned. I complained immediately to the front desk that evening and although she was very apologetic, couldn't move me to a clean room on the same floor so that I didn't have to repack and unpack again at midnight. She promised to look in2it and to notify management in the morning. Next morning I had to explain again and get asked again if I had left the privacy sign on the door? Are they serious? And to top it off all they could do was waive off about $60 worth of extras. The front desk manager promised to get me a good rate for the Ritz in New York which was my next destination but didn't call...forget the Ritz Carlton there are many other options when you spending this kind of money...

Pros: I really like everything in this hotel, the view, cleanliness, friendly staff, big and comfortable rooms. The very most I like is the handy spray in restrooms.
Cons: It is very expensive.
