Pros:
Cons: Not completely upset with them: A topical storm had damaged some of the rooms. We always show up early and hit the beach before our 4pm check in. We arrived at 11am and checked in letting them know we were there. They mentioned the room may have some slight damage do to the storm. As 4pm rolled by and no phone call, we decided we would stop back the front desk. They said we would have to go to another hotel because of the damage to the rooms (they did cover 3 free nights at another hotel). The problem was the Air Show was that week and finding another hotel for the other days was almost impossible. I just think it was poor communication from the hotel to us. I also saw a few more upset couples checking in as well with the same issue.

Cons: Our experience was terrible from the start. We arrived for our 4PM checkin and were told that our room was not ready--all staff seemed to be completely disorganized and frazzled. By the time we got to the room and received our luggage it was 6PM! After our first day out and about, we returned to a room that hadn't been cleaned. When I called guest services to request cleaning, I was told that they do not offer daily cleanings and there is a $30 charge for cleaning the room! I travel every week for work all over the globe and literally have *never* been to a hotel that does not clean your room. If I am paying $465 a night for a hotel, I expect them to clean the room at minimum. Basic amenities were are also lacking, e.g. in-room dining/room service, basic cream/sugar for coffee, etc. Overall it was a terrible experience. My advice is to stay at the Hilton down the road for a similar price and a million times better service and much nicer facilities.

Pros:
Cons: It was advertised on your website as a hotel but it's not. It's a time share. We paid $600 a night and I feel we were scammed!
