Pros: Complimentary breakfast
Cons: If I purchase 4 adults in one room with complimentary breakfast, I was assuming 4 of us will have free breakfast. We only got 2 adults free so the other 2 paid their meal. Would have been nice to make that aware when booking the rooms. But overall, the hotel experience is great!

Pros: Not much
Cons: Group of 200 kids came in around 10:00pm and began running up and down the halls, banging on doors and creating a general disturbance. Three calls to the front desk produced little relief. I was told a manager would call me but it never happened. I was told the clerk was speaking to his manager about compensating the other guests for the inconvenience, but I received nothing beyond an obligatory verbal apology. I would NOT recommend this property. The walls and doors are paper thin.

Pros: - Location close to Busch Gardens and Water Country USA were a big factor in our choice. - Overall look of the property is very, very nice. Lobby area is tastefully appointed; indoor-outdoor pool and courtyard areas are quite attractive.
Cons: - Competency of management (A. Snow and potentially others) is questionable or just plain disappointing: + With reservations made 5 months in advance, no advance arrangements made to put 4 rooms close together. + On check-in, front desk did not pull up correct reservations twice ... it was almost as if they didn't even have them and were relying on me to clarify how many king and double queen rooms I had reserved. + We arrived admittedly early (at 12:30, with 3pm the guaranteed check-in time) and the rooms were not ready. This was no surprise; we said we were going to lunch and if they could get all 8 of us in earlier, it would be appreciated. They did absolutely NOTHING. We finally got into our last two rooms (out of 4) just before 3:30. They couldn't even meet their guaranteed time. + A group was holding a function or reunion in the courtyard and pool common areas on the day we checked in, which is just fine. However, the partying and noise continued until 12:30 am when I suspect enough people complained for management to do finally do something. - In general, walls in the rooms are thin enough that you pick up noise from hallways and courtyard.
