Cons: Computer check in and out was challenging. A bit noisy on first floor near lobby. Get Rooms facing away from highway, they were quiet!

Pros: Breakfast was tasty with lots of choices. Beds were very comfortable, room very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and accomadating. Location great with several eaterys near enough to walk to.

Pros: I've been staying here for years, and its been consistently good. Convenient to restaurants, and interstates and well as Rte 7. Clean, hospitable, consistent... great traveling stop on journeys using the back way from Atlanta to New York.

Pros: Family friendly, right off of 81, clean, very convenient and friendly staff. I am a mom with my three young kids in tow without my husband. If you are looking for a clean and safe stay, this is it. The side street that it is off of was a little run down but the hotel was just fine. The pool was fine for a few hours in the late afternoon. Needed a little cleaning but I think that was because the leaves blew in from the trees around the area. They had fresh towels and nice chairs to lounge in. They also had wam cookies around 5:00 that my kiddos just loved. Just a short drive into the old town, which is worth doing with your kids. Evening splash pad, outdoor movies, good food and gelato. Safe to walk around. We would stay here again when we travel from NC to NY.
Cons: I would just say the side street it is off of is not the most inviting but I quickly got over that once I got to the hotel.

Pros: Appreciated Jermaine's assistance to the correct date fir lodging as booking.com jumped the date by a week when finalizing reservations.
Cons: The fan would not stay on all night. We set temperature to 64 and it still was not cold enough. Fan would go on and then make a loud noise when it stopped. Button did not work for fan only.

Pros: The room was very clean and there was good parking available.
Cons: The fitness room is located on the bottom floor and in the early morning the housekeeping carts were all lined up blocking the entrance door. The outdoor pool was closed. Not a fan of the older air conditioning units since they are noisy and I am a light sleeper.

Pros: Room was quiet and very clean. Bedding was excellent. Bathroom above avg. Ample room and amenities. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Above avg. continental breakfast. Coffee 24x7 in lobby.
Cons: Disappointed swimming pool not ready yet, though visit was in mid-June. Don't recall mention of that on website. Maybe I just missed it.

Cons: They charged my card almost $120 and held the charges on my account for a week. I only stayed one night and all together that charged ruffly $250. They charge u for paper view movies that i didnt watch and charged 120 dollars incase the room got messed up before even checking the room. I was very unpleased about that. It wasnt wrote anywere in the papers we sighed that they were going to charge my account other than what the room cost.

Cons: there was an extremely unpleasent odor in the room. would have asked for another but i knew they were booked had to go buy fabreeze to spray--could have been the heater (smelled like something died in it) so we did not use it all night.
