This romantic Victorian home was built in 1901 and sits on 100 wooded acres in a grassy meadow beside Rock Castle Creek very close to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Originally the site of a distillery, the home shows exquisite craftsmanship, tongue-and-groove woodwork, wide porches and gas-lit fireplaces with the original hand-carved mantles in each room. A sumptuous four-course breakfast is served each morning.
