Rooms had musty smell to them. Was very disappointed because Hampton Inn has a good reputation. Also the breakfast was cold (eggs,canadien bacon).
Pros: They did accommodate us with a room that was close to everything because my Mom has severe arthritis & can't walk far.
Cons: The toilet didn't flush. No maintenance on duty upon check in. Young man working the front desk did try to fix it but to no avail. Had to take tan lid off & pull chain to flush. Lady could not give us a discount because we booked with you.

Pros:
Cons: Front desk staff was friendly but a little unprofessional. 2 people at the desk of which I was second in line. The young woman was spending more time talking with a off duty colleague and his dog than she was with us. I felt it was rude and unprofession

Pros:
Cons: Be aware! I called the hotel to inform them that due to a medical emergency on my vacation that I would not be able to stay at their hotel on the day that I had booked it. Their response was that they needed 24 hours notice and I was being charged anyway.

Facility 99 out of a...
Pros: Very nice facility.
Cons: Management was VERY POOR. I was doubled charged for the room. The front desk people didn't have a clue as to what my needs were. I have yet to get a copy of my bill. My charge card shows that I was charged twice for the 11th of July. I stayed the night of July 9th. The facility is great too bad you don't have a manager.facility

Needs some updating to Hampton...
Pros: Breakfast was solid. They had a newer elliptical trainer that I used. Person at the desk recommended a local restaurant in a cabin that dated back to 1776 that was a nice experience with good food!
Cons: The room looked a bit dated. Not up to the normal Hampton Inn standards. Furniture pretty beat up. Wallpaper starting to bubble, etc.
