Pros: The comfort of the bed was crucial for us, we woke and were well rested. Room was neat and clean.
Cons: A mini fridge/microwave in the room would help. We travel with a cooler and require a fridge to maintain cold temp for food, overnight. Total disdain for smoking and had to pass rooms where smoking is allowed. Had to take the exit to far side of building from the third floor to avoid the discomfort of breathing cigarette smoke.

Cons: The carpet in our room should have been replaced long ago,and the breakfast room was to small for that size hotel, the first day we ate in our room and second day we went out to eat it was to crowded. The air conditioner was way to loud.

Desk clerk gave us a fan to put in the window....not! The next room that we got put in was a smoking room of which my wife cannot handle cig smoke at all and there was no other rooms available.

Cons: The front desk was very friendly. When I booked the reservation i specified we needed a first floor room . I was told no problem you are reserving early enough to get 1st floor we were put in a 2nd floor room. Also the breakfast area is to small for so many people . The microwave didn't work due to the button being broke when we were trying to heat breakfast sandwich because there was no room in the crowded breakfast area.

Cons: The room number placard outside the room has the 9 missing. At a couple of the other rooms the placard is broken. The commode seat is very loose and needs attention. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is either loose or has a bad bearing.Sliding door to bathroom has paint worn off the inside.
