Vermont History Center and Heritage Galleries

Vermont History Center and Heritage Galleries is at 60 Washington St. Built in 1892, the Spaulding School building is home to the Vermont Historical Society's administrative offices, galleries and the Leahy Library. The Vermont Historical Society preserves the state's history by collecting artifacts, books and documents that reflect the entire history of the state, including the geographical area and every chronological period.
