AAA Editor Notes
Museum of Flight Restoration Center is at 2909 100th St. S.W. This 23,000-square-foot working restoration facility features up to 15 historic planes at a time. Aircraft being restored include a de Havilland Comet—the first passenger jet—and the Boeing 727 prototype. Visitors also can see the completed 1933 Boeing 247D, the first modern passenger craft.

Guided tours are available. Time: Allow 30 minutes minimum.
