Located on the Columbia River, the hotel is adjacent to the marina and is equipped for overnight moorage. Riverview dining is available on the fourth floor and the riverside pool is quite popular. Most guest rooms and bathrooms are rather compact and offer somewhat dated décor, though recently renovated rooms provide nice upgrades. Watching the annual Christmas boat parade from the guest rooms is always enjoyable.
