The lodge dining room offers panoramic views of the Columbia River Gorge and a menu that includes Potlatch salmon cooked on an alder plank, locally-sourced pork chops that are brown-sugar-cured and seared halibut with grilled asparagus. Reservations are always encouraged, particularly for the Sunday brunch.
