Traveling as Couple
We were delighted to find this hotel. Check-in was prompt with friendly staff, the room was very clean and had everything we needed, and after a long drive we appreciated the 24-hour availability of coffee just off the lobby. Did not use the laundry but it's nice that it's complementary for guests. Best part for us was finding the in-room kitchen with full fridge and a small stovetop. Oh-and they're also pet-friendly. The hotel itself is somewhat difficult to find as it is tucked behind the Hampton inn and not visible from the street...but it's definitely worth finding!
Pros: Clean and new, well planned use of space, full kitchen
Cons: no-it was all good
Pros: Front desk staff was excellent. They were friendly and helpful.

Pros: Nothing to remark
Cons: The hotel is located off a busy road, which, when facing oncoming traffic, can make it a challenge to turn into.
Pros: Nice quiet room, with comfortable bed.
Cons: Booked a King Bed room, but they screwed up the reservation on their side and gave me a Queen size bed, which was suppose to have a view of Mt.Baker. It didn't! Didn't get my money worth because booked a King bed and got a Queen.
Pros: This hotel was very convenient as we were visiting our son who lived nearby. The staff were all very friendly and ready to go out of their way to make our stay pleasant and comfortable.
Pros: The kitchen facilities in the room.
Cons: Can't say there was anything I didn't like.
Pros: The woman working at the front desk was friendly and helpful.
Cons: We booked a king room through booking.com but were given a queen. When brought up, the woman at the front desk was kind enough to give us a 10% discount since there were no kings available.
Cons: Pet fee of 40.00 not disclosed. Booked king room but when arrived not available. Queen suite small not worth the money. We were stuck at that point. Will never stay there again
Also no breakfast. Everything extra
Pros: We didn't know that it was a business hotel. Honestly we booked it last minute. But it felt more homey! I liked the mini kitchen and the lady working was very polite.
Cons: No pool or hot tub !
Pros: Less than four years old. Quiet, convenient to I-5, Burlington and Mt. Vernon. Great value, seating area and kitchen for the same price as other hotels with simply a bed and desk.
Cons: For some odd reason, the bathtub squeaked?
Cons: No ice machine
Cons: We didn't get the room we reserved. The desk clerk said it was our fault because we used Booking.com instead of their web site. We tried to extend our stay 3 days. They tried to charge us $200/night for the extra 3 days.
Pros: This is the 2nd time I've been here for a mini vacation. The staff, both times, have been very helpful. The hotel and rooms are clean and quiet. I will stay here again.
