Pros: Loved the comfort of the movie theatre, the delicious food, and the live music on Saturday! Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Loved the fire pit out back.
Always love a good McMenamins weekend, and this one didn't disappoint.
Cons: While the majority of the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, there were a few bartenders and wait staff that acted as though serving us was somewhat of an inconvenience. I get it. It's kind of the attitude you experience occasionally in the bar business, but we're super friendly peeps who tip well, so it was a bit off-putting.
Pros: Excellent staff, amazing food at the restaurant, free movies!! Loved the theatre, and you can order food in there!
Cons: The a/c ran all night in our room and we couldn't control it, so we were a bit cold (and dried out!) by morning.

Pros: Ambiance and the people.
Pros: Loved the nostalgia, cleanliness, staff personable
Cons: Be prepared for train and traffic noise, but expected for circa of buildung added to nostalgia, plus ear plugs provided
Pros: 27 rooms named for many individuals that were associated with the hotel/club. Two restaurants, a bar, and theater. Shared bathrooms were not an issue. Beer and food were very good.
Cons: Booked king size room via Booking.com and the hotel called saying only a queen size room was available. Waitlisted for King; but, the hotel was full. Our room was at the back of the hotel facing the railroad station.
Pros: Friendly front office staff.
Cons: Staff in the restaurant were disinterested and made us feel that we were an inconvenience. I have been to 3 McMenamins properties and never experienced this before.
Pros: History, nostagia, great food and great beer
Pros: I loved staying here! It was awesome relaxing in a comfy chair with my dinner and beer in the theater!
Pros: Like the nice clean towels. And Robe.
Cons: Need to tell people they have to go uptairs to the rooms.
Pros: Charming room, free entrance to the movie theater.
Cons: Sharing the bathroom with other guests

Cons: Music downstairs was so loud, I couldn't fall asleep for a long time. This wouldn't have been a problem if my friend hadn't wanted to go to sleep by 10 pm. I wouldn't want to stay again unless I was going to be up late. Otherwise, all was just fine.

Pros: Wonderful historic bar, authentic room configuration, comfortable beds
Cons: Poor ventilation, incredibly loud trains all night long, shared bathrooms (not a problem for us, but others should be aware).
