Great value, very clean and...
Pros: The management upgraded us to a King room at no charge and the room was very quiet and the bed very comfortable. The staff also helped with my oxygen machine set up.
Cons: The breakfast was just okay. The hot dishes provided, french toast, eggo waffles and pancakes weren't always hot and sometimes dried out from the heat. Coffee was excellent!

Disappointing!
Pros: It was a convenient location for where we needed to go.
Cons: We didn’t arrive until 11:00 pm, but wanted to check in quickly before finding someplace to get something to eat. When we returned after midnight we grabbed our bags and headed to our room. The first room we were assigned had dirty towels on the floor and the garbage had not been emptied. We returned to the lobby and the lady at the front desk was extremely apologetic and quickly assigned us a different room. She was amazingly kind and helpful, she double checked the computer making sure it was marked clean. She again apologized and quickly assigned another room as it was after 1am.We then settled into the second room and and got ready to go to bed. My husband came out of the bathroom and announced the toilet was plugged and wouldn’t flush. It was very late and we knew there was no maintenance people on duty so we decided to wait until morning to take care of it. In the morning we informed the person at the front desk and her response was, “Well, if you’d called last night, she would have brought you a plunger so you could fix it. Sorry about that!”So “we” could fix it? WHAT? “Sorry about that?”Sure Sweetie, hand me a mop so I can mop the floor too!!!What the heck has happened to customer service? We went to have a little breakfast, which is provided. All I wanted was coffee and English muffin, which after being in the toaster for over 4 minutes wouldn’t even melt the butter and NO it wasn’t toasted! My husband had a toaster waffle and slice of French toast. After several attempts of sawing with a plastic knife on the waffle, he gave up and only ate the cold French toast without syrup because they didn’t have sugar free syrup or jam and he is diabetic... I guess we should have brought our own! However, every other place we have stayed has offered both.
