Pros: Beside the fact they got the wrong room , the room was clean.
Cons: Staff gives wrong information to the guest without checking if it's right. I came with my family to spend 2 days there just because I was told by the hotel staff that the water slide was open all the time. When I get there, the water slide was closed... My daughter was super upset. Wich made us very upset too. We did book o room with a view... Getting there, they put us in a room without a view. Little things that was very important to us. We drove 3 hours to get there to have an amazing time. And it was a deception! We work so hard to have a quality time with our family. Suncadia doenst make you feel worth it at all. I prefer to flight some where than pay $400 night and not be appreciated. Too bad that's the closest resort from Seattle. Don't waist your time people!!

Pros: The location is beautiful! The pool is fun and the outdoor bar and grill is wonderful!
Cons: The food at the lodge is poor quality, expensive and just plain terrible! We waited 2 hours for our food and it was cold. Also, the value/price is not properly assessed - everything is way overpriced!

Pros: I asked for a room with a deck and didn't get one. My room was reassigned upon my request. clean. Large comfortable room with good view
Cons: very difficult to get to; took 3 hours from Ellensburg. Cle Elum locals do not like to give directions to it. Front desk staff were too busy chatting among themselves to pay attention to guest check-ins. They could not explain what the 'resort fee' was for, nor what facilities were available. Despite AAA award plaques, staff denied that AAA discounts are provided. Staff did not know how to get to the main pool/gym building. very expensive for what you get. Not a real resort
