AAA Editor Notes
Historic Dayton Depot is at 222 E. Commercial St. Built by the Oregon Railroad and Navigation Co. in 1881, the restored two-story, wood-frame depot is said to be Washington's oldest. The second floor, formerly the stationmaster's living quarters, now houses rotating displays of historical items. The adjacent parking lot houses a restored Union Pacific caboose.

Guided tours are available.

Wed.-Sat. 10-noon and 1-5, May-Oct.; Wed.-Sat. 11-4, rest of year. Closed some holidays. Allow 30 minutes minimum.
