The French-inspired Northwest menu includes such yummy breakfast items as duck confit hash, smoked salmon Benedict and a baked cinnamon-apple brioche French toast. Dinner offers bistro-sized items to share along with a couple of good-looking salads and some larger plates with several fish options along with duck, beef and lamb. Start with a carpaccio of octopus, bresaola or Wagyu, followed by a warm goat cheese salad and then grilled wild salmon with pear-ginger buerre blanc and quinoa. Restaurant is typically closed for most of December, January and February.
